"Please don’t trust armando Guzman. He will never return your call , as I’ve been waiting to hear from him for 2 weeks now. The issue is a $25 allowance for car rental. , but there isn’t anything out there for that price. One of his workers said she was going to put on a $50 allowance and she forgot to update on computer. I’m fed up and going to a different company."

"I switched from Allstate because State Farm had offered better rates. However, I stayed with them for less than 2 months. I received a notice from my mortgage company that they had not received my proof of insurance. I repeatedly went in person and called State Farm to get the issue resolved. I even showed proof of payment which State Farm agreed I made. No one ever got back to me about why my mortgage company never received proof of insurance. Horrific service. I ended up switching to Country Financial which was even cheaper and covered equal amount on my home and more on my car. Country Financial also sent proof of insurance to my mortgage company ASAP."

"If I could leave no stars I would. I've been trying to get an issue resolved for over a month now and have just been getting excuse after excuse. Everytime I call I'm told something different and told someone will call me back but it never happens. I tried calling again yesterday and received more excuses. I finally said I was done and asked for corporates number, the man I was talking to wouldn't give it to me but said he'd tell Armando himself to give me a call but as you guessed that never happened. Customer service is terrible and I've received no help. I have my auto, homeowners and life insurance policies with State Farm and I'll be looking to take them somewhere else."

"Let me just say this, if you do not have State Farm Insurance with Armando Guzman and his right hand Maria Fredrikson, you absolutely do not have the best Insurance on the Market. And nor do you have the best agent you can possibly have. When I say I am treated like a celebrity it is an understatement of how I am treated. After my goddaughter was hit from the back while sitting at a red light she was a wreck. I called State Farm not only did they send a tow truck to her house to pick up the vehicle after she thought she could drive it to the repair shop. They also had the car rental company come pick her up from her home the next day. I love State Farm because when you are in need of their assistance and to distraught to handle things State Farm is truly really there. And for the last 25 years it's the only company I trust. Call my State Farm agent Armando Guzman today and ask for Maria, because she is incredible!"
